Paps Financials offers a range of services including, but not limited to, cellular phone
services, car assistance, home assistance, and tax assistance. We reserve the right to
modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You
agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to maintain the security of your
password and account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain Services may require payment of fees. By using those Services, you agree to pay the
applicable fees and taxes as they become due. All fees are non-refundable unless stated
otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property in our Services are owned by Paps
Financials or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative
works based on our intellectual property without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paps Financials shall not be liable for any

the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paps Financials, its affiliates, and their

damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related
to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately,
without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that
Paps Financials deems inappropriate.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia,
without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms
shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately
upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after
the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
